Qualco CENTREPOINT is a front office banking solution that enables banks to transform their branches into service delivery centers and build lifelong customer relationships. CENTREPOINT aligns the branches’ daily operations with high level strategy while its embedded Business Intelligence mechanism provides up to date information on organisational performance. It allows banks to coordinate the promotion of multiple products and the maintenance of customer centric relationships through a wide branch network with centralized monitoring, evaluation and decision making.

 

CENTREPOINT manages the entire network sales cycle and can be tailored to match each Bank’s specific needs. It is built on a foundation of three building blocks which together ensure optimal customer service:

 

  • Direct communication of strategic objectives to branches, translating strategic vision into actionable targets for Relationship Managers.

  • Single customer view that integrates information from different systems, providing deep customer insight and customer development information to Branch and Relationship Managers.

  • Daily updates on KPIs and targets achieved at a Branch, Regional and Bank level to Branch Managers and Senior Management.

 

 

Goal Setting & Network Allocation

 

CENTREPOINT provides Senior Management with direct access to all levels of information in order to reveal both opportunities and risks and inform the Bank’s customer development strategy.

This strategy is translated into targets, opportunities for achieving the targets are translated into Campaigns and risks are processed into Alerts. These Targets, Campaigns and Alerts are then communicated to the branch network so that Relationship Managers can propose highly personalised product recommendations to target customers, identify cross-selling opportunities and recognise churning customers.

 

 

Sales Targets & Products

Through the embedded user friendly Dashboard, Relationship Managers have access to Sales Targets and Products, providing them with up-to-date feedback on their performance in currently running campaigns.

 

 

Performance Monitoring

To monitor and measure sales performance against targets and KPIs on a daily basis, CENTREPOINT offers integrated Analytics, Charts and Reports for each management level within the Bank. To effectively leverage each user’s experience and enhance customer treatment, CENTREPOINT allows users to explore historic business data, uncover trends and provide accurate insights into performance and effectiveness at every level. Furthermore, the system’s daily information flow both towards and from senior management turns CENTREPOINT into a primary decision-making tool.

Relationship Managers can ensure they are always on track to achieve their product goals through daily feedback on their budget achievement.

 

Product Close-ups

For each product category, the system provides a detailed visual analysis of the current position, Inflows and Outflows, product KPIs and statistics, revealing the key factors impacting on performance.

 

Campaigns

CENTREPOINT proposes specific, actionable campaigns linked to customers and products that help Relationship Managers meet their targets by servicing customers according to their needs. To facilitate campaign generation, the system supports flexible, multivariate customer segmentation. This holistic approach reflects the real day to day operations of Relationship Managers, meeting their business needs and ensuring system acceptance with
